Job Description: 

Summary

To process customer’s financing applications within the stipulated TAT.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform credit assessment and recommendations for new/appeal applications.
  • To check document adequacy for processing as per checklist
  • To observe the TAT in processing while maintaining credit quality
  • To ensure adherence and compliance with policies/guidelines and regulatory requirements in particular PDPA in relation to financing processing
  • To check accuracy and consistency of data/information/documents relevant to credit in FAST, that are relevant to processing.
  • To possess a thorough understanding of different financing products and their associated terms and conditions.
  • To adhere to escalation process for fraud / suspicious / high-risk customers and connected parties’ applications
  • To upskills with credit/technical knowledge/credit certification
  • To educate / guide Sales Originators to improve credit submission
  • To perform ad hoc / cross functions within CFPC upon request by supervisor

 

Qualification

Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience

Fresh / With experience in related fields
