Summary
Responsible for the increment in Financing Solutions Asset Portfolio i.e. growth, generate revenue/ income and minimise delinquency by ensuring the team’s acquisition/strategic targets are met and aligned with the GIB – financing’s annual business plan set under the KPI, through prudent management of the existing and new client acquisitions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Account Relationship
Activities
1. Ensure the origination of high value-added deals (i.e Asset Based Financing, Trade, FOREX, Contract Financing etc).
2. To acquire and market new relationships.
3. To analyze changes in the business activities or variation in the customers’ risk profile and decide whether to maintain relationships, grow or embark on exit strategy. Regular meetings with the customer and the principals are to be conducted.
Responsibility(ies)
1. To ensure that status of the business is properly updated.
2. To ensure that all proposals initiated by the Relationship Manager(s) are properly reviewed and the required verification is conducted.
3. To manage relationship with existing customers.
Marketing and acquisition of new customers
Activities
1. To plan marketing schedules for new customers. Marketing efforts strictly within the Target Market/Approved Principals/Approved Contract Awarding Parties.
2. To acquire new financing prospects either from existing customers or new relationships or Business Generators.
3. To refine the prospective target market and to be involved in the exhibition organized by these targets Business Generators. To ensure that the prospects are within the accepted risk appetite to secure quality customers.
4. To manage the ‘disbursement and/or activation’ process with Sales Support Team and Credit Admin. To ensure that all terms duly complied including all other pre-disbursement conditions prior to utilization of the facility by customers.
Responsibility(ies)

3. To ensure the concluded deal remains performing and generate the expected returns.
Maximize wallet shares of the customers / Group
Activities
1. Maintain and manage customer relationships.
2. Marketing of bank’s products and services – cross selling approach.
3. Monitor the growth and quality of business portfolio to meet the target.
