Summary

 

Responsible to ensure marketing and sales activities for Wealth Management and Bancatakaful products in order.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  1. To plan, execute and manage own marketing and sales activities for Wealth Management and Bancatakaful products to achieve monthly target for Wealth Management and Bancatakaful products.
  2. Participate in sales and promotional activities arranged by Regional Office / Head Office.
  3. To plan and roll-out visitation schedule to existing customers and engage new customers.
  4. To ensure all branch staff under his/her clusters (assigned branches) has adequate knowledge on Wealth Management and Bancatakaful products to enable them promoting the respective products to customers.
  5. Timely preparation of reports on marketing, sales activities and performance to Branch Manager / Wealth Manager or RCBM / Region Office / Head Office.
  6. To gather and share market information and recommend action plan to Branch Manager / Wealth Manager or RCBM.
  7. To perform timely performance planning, tracking and reviewing process.
  8. To attend to all customers’ request / complaints promptly and within stipulated service level.
  9. To ensure submission of complete documentations and safekeeping.
  10. To visit and provide market updates on Wealth Management and Bancatakaful products to the existing institutions and high net worth customers.
  11. Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
  12. Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.

 

C. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Qualification                                   Diploma / Degree in any related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Years of Experience                       More than 1 year experience in banking industry, experience in sales would be an advantage.
  • Specific Skills/Knowledge and Certification Required                                                                                                                                                                                                                           -High inclination towards a sales-driven culture.

                                                                     -Excellent communication, interpersonal with good business acumen and customer service skill.

                                                                     -Be an assertive and innovative team player, highly independent, committed, self-motivated, resourceful and result-oriented.

                                                                     -Experience of working in fast-moving business environment

                                                                     -Ability to network across a variety of functions at various levels and countries.
