A. What's #YLPByBankIslam All About?

2. Dive into intensive training sessions, including the renowned Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP).

B. Who Are We Looking For?
We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who:
1. Are Malaysian citizens, aged 26 or younger, with a hunger for success.
2. Hold a Bachelor's Degree with good grades, scoring at least 3.50 CGPA or equivalent, or a weighted average mark of at least 75%
3. Are fresh graduates or have less than a year of work experience after graduation.
4. Come from diverse backgrounds – we welcome everyone!
5. Have digital skills? That's a plus! Whether it's Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Software Engineering or IT alike, we value your expertise.
6. Love getting involved in activities and showing leadership qualities.
7. Can adapt quickly and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Here's your roadmap to success:
1st Stage: Apply Now – Send in your application online today or you got the chance until May 31st, 2024.
2nd Stage: Ace the Assessment – Show us what you've got in the online assessment, coming up in June 2024.
3rd Stage: Lights, Camera, Action! – Shine in the video assessment, scheduled for July 2024.
4th Stage: Take on the Challenge – Gear up for the Al-Falah Business Challenge at our Menara Bank Islam HQ in August 2024.
